About

Welcome to my blog, this is Tim Huang. I am a short term swing trader and also a trading system developer. I developed my own trading software to generate trading signals and backtest results based on technical indicators. My favorite indicators are candlestick, stochastic, macd, cci, bollinger band and exponential moving averages. I will post my daily watch list on my blog. Please note that the results are for your review only; they are not buying signals. I use the following method to trade and it has worked out pretty well for me so far. You may use it on your own risk if you would like:

Rule #1 – If a stock doesn’t open higher or isn’t trading above yesterday’s close price, I wouldn’t buy it.
Rule #2 – If Dow Futures is down more than 100 points before the market opens, I wouldn’t buy any stock that day unless a stock is going up with good volume.
Rule #3 – My stop loss is between 4%-5%, right below the support line of a stock.

Good Luck!
